We are a small, family-owned residential construction company specializing in custom-built single family homes. We have been privileged to have built homes for over a hundred families over the past twenty nine years. Our homes feature quality materials and workmanship and attention to even the smallest details.

Randy Faircloth has years of experience that includes frame and trim carpentry, general contracting, surveying and land development. Randy is the type of hands-on builder who has learned the craft and has built his custom home business from the ground up. This combination of hard work and skills acquired over time has resulted in a company and a work ethic that is concerned first and foremost with the quality construction of custom homes. Randy is a member of the Burlington-Alamance County Homebuilders Association, the Burlington-Alamance County Association of REALTORS, has been featured nationally as a Piedmont Dream Home Builder, has been awarded Alamance County’s Best Home Builder for over six years running and has won several awards for his custom homes.
