I also defend or prosecute personal injury matters and draft Wills & Trusts. I handle Subrogation claims for insurance companies, Property/Fire investigation & litigation and general business litigation. I have 20 years of experience in these areas of law and have been a regular speaker at company and industry seminars. I am available for consulting work to corporations/employers who wish to reduce their exposure to these type claims and/or train HR staff on the intricacy of workers compensation law.
