Siegel Link provides recruiting and staffing services for all skill sets; however, our specialties are IT, manufacturing and engineering in the New River Valley, Roanoke Valley, Northern Virginia and DC areas. Our principal, Alec Siegel has been in the recruiting business for over 20 years primarily in the Northern Virginia and Southwest Virginia markets.

Accompanying Alec, are fellow Virginia Tech grads Bill Montgomery and Mike Vaillancourt. Bill works in the Blacksburg office with Alec with a manufacturing sector expertise. Mike leads the efforts in Northern Virginia, specializing in IT recruiting and staffing.
