ZEN are specialist suppliers and consultants for computer-based video streaming and content creation equipment, including Magewell video capture hardware and vMix video production/streaming software.
ZEN has been involved with video production since the 1970s, and with computers since the early '80s. The 90's saw the emergence of non-linear video editing and for the next 20 years ZEN specialised in building custom editing systems.
More recently the focus has shifted to live video streaming, particularly with the advent of software video switchers, faster internet connections and the increasing number of ways that audiences can view video online.
With a background in TV production and sound recording, from live studio shows to location filming and outside broadcasts, ZEN is well placed to to help those wishing to explore this new world of live video streaming, with broadcast production values but without the traditional broadcast budgets.
